There are so many salad recipes I want to do, potato salad, chicken salad, pasta salad, fruit salad, macaroni salad, broccoli salad and carrot salad to name a few. I want to explore salad dressings, oils, vinegars, types of mayonaise and healthy dressings. I want to look at the salad recipes from around the world and most of all enjoy sharing these salad recipes.
This is the final salad we had on the fishing trip. It was tinned tuna with chopped green peppers, chopped tomatoes and chopped cucumber. This was topped off with a dressing of chopped fresh garlic,salt, pepper and a light vinegar. It was amazing what the chef did on that small boat on Lake Naser, Egypt.Labels: Tuna salad

I live in the North of England.I used to teach Art and creative textiles but now I am retired with my husband. I enjoy making all types of food.
