Nasturtian Salad

These home grown flowers and leaves are edible and taste rather peppery. Add them to salads for an exotic look with edible flowers. I have even used them on cupcakes. They could be a good soup garnish as well.

I have so many leaves (the flowers have yet to bloom) and want to eat them,but when I tasted them last year they were so spicy. Can they be soaked or treated before adding to a salad?
